Treatment and shoes!

20 children had their jiggers removed on Tuesday on Friday they received their new shoes.

This week they will be ending the semester taking tests and getting their report cards.

Sad to say a 14 year old girl was not allowed to attend school this semester because her guardian want her to get married.  Miracle does not want to get married so she has run away a few times. But she is also ashamed to go to school because she has large breasts.

Children being treated for jiggers

Jiggers are bugs and their lava living inside a cut on the children's feet. The children have no shoes so they are getting cuts and infections all the time. Tuesday ~ 20 children will be brought to Field of Dreams Medical Center for treatment and we will provide shoes too. The treatment  for jiggers is $5.00 a child and shoes are $3.00.  Please consider donating to help cover the cost of this treatment.  A small amount of money can make the world of difference to a child.
