It has been a while since an update has been provided on the sewing business.
It is a slow growing process
There are 2 part time instructors it is training center. 18 women attend the training classes as often as they can. Some women are struggling to learn the skill. I admire them for their determination.
But with all the challenges this project and the women face, there are successes
Four women are now employed as sewers receiving a monthly check after being trained at the center.
This is what the project is all about!
